Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Billing Solutions Analyst/Architect. This role is responsible for designing and architecting innovative solutions to complex billing scenarios within a mobile billing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in mobile billing systems, particularly with Amdocs, and a strong understanding of how to translate business needs into effective technical solutions-without direct coding responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and design solutions for unique billing scenarios (e.g., account handling after customer death, device return credit processing).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into billing system solutions.
  • Work closely with Amdocs CES and related systems to ensure seamless integration with mobile billing UI via APIs.
  • Validate and troubleshoot edge cases using SQL queries to ensure data integrity and accurate billing.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on mobile billing processes and Amdocs capabilities.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in mobile billing solutions, specifically with Amdocs platforms (e.g., CES).
  • Familiarity with major telecom providers using Amdocs.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and how they connect front-end systems to billing platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve complex billing issues.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with mobile billing systems or similar environments.
  • Background in telecom or mobile service providers.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and billing event flows.
