Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
- Experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, and clustering techniques.
- Experience in designing and deploying Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and predictive analytics.
- Experience with Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) in commercial applications.
- Experience with commercial pharmaceutical datasets (APLD, PlanTrak, claims).
- Strong communication skills to translate complex analytics for non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy predictive models for commercial applications.
- Lead Next Best Action (NBA) strategy development and implementation.
- Build and maintain marketing mix models (MMM) and budget optimization tools.
- Apply machine learning, NLP, and large language models (LLMs) to extract insights.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation for campaign impact.
- Ingest, harmonize, and analyze large-scale commercial datasets.
- Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
