Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that drive business value and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.

  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

  • Integrate third-party APIs and services where necessary.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).

  • Working knowledge of build tools such as Maven or Gradle.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.

  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

  • Knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
