1. 5+ years' experience with: Business Analysis skills

vi. Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)
vii. Ability to identify and define scope and functionalities

vii. Traceability matrix creation and usage
viii. Creating test scripts
ix. Ability to teach a team on testing procedures that testing starts through the entire lifecycle
x. Meets legal and company standards with regard to data, application, etc.
xi. Basic understanding of project lifecycles/SDLC
xii. Knows waterfall and agile methodologies and where/why to use them
