Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce and Workday. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with technical teams to implement and optimize business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce and Workday teams.
- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with Salesforce and Workday developers, administrators, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and propose practical solutions.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-user training.
- Analyze system issues, troubleshoot, and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in data mapping, data validation, and data migration activities.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flow diagrams, and documentation as needed.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and platform best practices.
Required Skills:
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports/Dashboards).
- Experience working with Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, or integrations).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
