Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract job with a client in McLean, VA(Hybrid). Responsibilities include configuring Encompass settings and workflows and managing integrations and compliance reporting across loan origination systems.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $68.00 per hour

Developer job responsibilities include:
- Configure and maintain Encompass settings, including user roles, access controls, workflows, and business rules.
- Design and optimize loan origination workflows, ensuring alignment with mortgage industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements, performing GAP analysis and process mapping.
- Manage system integrations with third-party services, ensuring secure and compliant data flow.
- Provide technical support and training to end users, resolving issues and enhancing user experience.
- Develop custom reports and perform data analysis using SQL and reporting tools to support business decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Encompass administration and mortgage domain expertise.
- Proven experience configuring Encompass settings, workflows, and managing integrations with third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of mortgage terminology and compliance requirements, with proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and requirement documentation tools like MS Visio.
