Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative systems within the Fashion industry, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA for Fashion (Public or Private Edition). This is a 12-month contract role working directly with a leading fashion organization undergoing a major digital transformation. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to shape solutions that align with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Fashion solutions, ensuring alignment with current capabilities and future business objectives.
- Identify and communicate risks associated with application implementations at both business and enterprise levels.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to anticipate future business needs and technology trends.
- Review and validate functional specifications to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with project leadership to communicate business process strategies and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Define and oversee release, deployment, and roll-out strategies for new system implementations.
- Support pre-implementation planning and provide expert guidance on SAP technologies and best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, functional consultants, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Guide the selection of appropriate tools and solutions, ensuring integration and architectural integrity.
- Validate technical and application solutions, resolve complex project challenges, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP S/4HANA, ideally within the Fashion or Retail sector.
- Strong understanding of business processes in the fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive solution delivery in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with both Public and Private Editions of S/4HANA is highly desirable.
