Job Title: Senior .NET Developer
Experience: 11+ Years
Rate: $50/hr (W2)
Location: New Jersey & Philadelphia
Duration: Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer with a minimum of 11 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with the .NET framework, C#, and modern web technologies, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API).
- Write clean, scalable, and optimized code following industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Develop unit tests and participate in system/integration tests.
- Resolve complex technical issues and build reusable libraries/components.
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (e.g., Azure or AWS).
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and processes.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework
- Expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database optimization
- Experience with Microservices Architecture and Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
- Familiarity with Azure Services or AWS Cloud
- Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) preferred
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps methodologies
- Strong OOP and SOLID principles
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver independently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Adaptable to changing business requirements
