Digital Analyst (Part Time)
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret data insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Define and track annual KPIs critical to editorial and marketing success.
- Lead quarterly deep dives and contribute to weekly editorial and publishing meetings.
- Develop clear reports and dashboards using diverse data sources.
- Deliver timely ad hoc analyses and educate internal users on data interpretation.
- Maintain a centralized library of training materials and documentation.
Marketing Enablement (CDP)
- Support marketing with audience segmentation and data enrichment strategies.
- Help design customer lifecycle campaigns using integrated data platforms.
- Build infrastructure to track and measure campaign and segment performance.
- Analyze data to assess marketing KPIs across the customer journey.
Technology & Data Infrastructure
- Implement and improve data tools and technologies for reporting and analysis.
- Optimize data collection and storage processes for scalable insights.
- Ensure accurate tagging and data integrity across digital platforms.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in data analysis, digital analytics, marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and database tools (e.g., BigQuery) preferred.
- Experience with A/B testing and site analytics tools (e.g., Optimizely, Quantum Metric) is a plus.
- Background in scholarly/educational digital platforms preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
