Role: OMS Functional Lead
Location: Andover, MA (100% Remote)
Type: Contract
Summary
Seeking a B2B Wholesale Domain/Functional Lead with strong Order Management System (OMS) expertise to support customer discovery workshops focused on Unified Pricing, Promotions, Markdowns, and Discounts (UPPMO). The role involves leading workshops, gathering requirements, and preparing deliverables to support vendor evaluation and RFP processes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate global discovery workshops with brand, geography, and functional leaders.
- Define future-state OMS & UPPMO capabilities aligned to business use cases.
- Lead prioritization of use cases based on business value and feasibility.
- Create RFP-ready deliverables: requirements, demo scripts, evaluation criteria.
- Provide market perspective on OMS platforms, deployment models, and rollout strategies.
- Act as an SME during vendor evaluation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Deep wholesale industry knowledge (pricing, promotions, markdowns, discounts).
- Experience working with B2B multi-geographical clients.
- Proven track record of leading discovery workshops and writing BRDs.
- Strong requirement gathering skills.
- Familiarity with RFP processes (not writing RFPs but supplying required inputs).
- Solid background in Business Analysis.
