Job Description:

Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for a wide range of hardware, software, and operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, mobile devices).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in areas such as:
  • Password resets and account unlocks.
  • Application support (standard office suites, industry-specific healthcare applications).
  • Network connectivity issues (VPN, wired/wireless).
  • Hardware diagnostics and basic repair knowledge.
  • Printer and peripheral support.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices, particularly incident and problem management.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
    Customer Service & Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor, even in challenging situations.
    • Strong active listening skills to accurately understand user issues.
    • Ability to follow established communication protocols and escalation procedures.
    • Commitment to providing a positive and helpful support experience.

    Healthcare Specific Requirements (Highly Desirable):
    • Understanding of the sensitive nature of healthcare data and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
    • Experience supporting clinical applications and workflows.
    • Familiarity with healthcare IT infrastructure and common technologies used in the industry.
    • Awareness of the criticality of system uptime in a healthcare environment.
