Program Review:

Provides technical targeting and all-source intelligence analysis to support the Client across the entire intelligence lifecycle. Delivers expertise in areas like threat analysis, cybersecurity, signals analysis, and network intrusion provides mission-critical support for every aspect of the mission.

About the Role:

The Cyber Security Engineer monitors, analyzes, and detects cyber events and incidents within information systems and networks under general supervision. The successful candidate will analyze technical and non-technical data and metadata to determine normal patterns of events, proactively identify abnormalities, and determine root-cause of abnormalities. All team members are expected to positively support a blended environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 6 years of experience across technical competencies, such as: analysis, network engineering, network security, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation.
  • 3 years of experience across three or more of the following: mobile device security, telecommunications protocols, Operating Systems (Linux, Android, Windows, iOS), software reverse engineering, vulnerability assessment, or malware forensics.
  • Familiarity with cyber security tools such as Splunk, Zeek, Snort, etc.
  • Experience working with and analyzing both raw and processed data.
  • Experience with scripting languages, ideally Python.
  • Ability to think critically and analyze technical data in order to uncover critical information and make informed conclusions

Desired Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience across technical competencies, such as: analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation.
  • 5 years of experience across three or more of the following: mobile device security, telecommunications protocols, Operating Systems (Linux, Android, Windows, iOS), software reverse engineering, vulnerability assessment, or malware forensics.
  • System administration experience including support to Linux and/or Windows applications.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCFP, CCSP, CEH, GCFA, GCIA, etc.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
