Job Details

Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a proactive and innovative Paid Media Specialist who thrives on using digital acquisition channels to drive measurable business growth. This role is ideal for someone who has deep experience in paid search and a track record of experimentation and innovation that has delivered clear results. You'll be the strategic and tactical lead for paid media on a key product line, helping to generate pipeline, improve acquisition, and increase conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategy and execution for paid media campaigns (primarily paid search; paid social and display are a plus) to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
  • Own performance for a specific product line across all relevant paid channels, optimizing for KPIs such as pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales) to align media plans with go-to-market strategies and revenue goals.
  • Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively across platforms, continuously optimizing for performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks, providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and innovations, and regularly apply learnings to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of testing and optimization-bringing new ideas forward and implementing experiments to improve results.
  • Build and deliver channel-specific forecasts, informing broader revenue planning processes.
  • Share campaign insights related to user behavior, audience segmentation, and messaging performance.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year degree required).
  • 3+ years of experience running paid media campaigns; paid search experience is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and making performance-driven decisions.
  • Experience developing and optimizing landing pages or understanding how to drive post-click conversions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present results to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and innovative-able to speak to specific ideas or experiments you've led, and the outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a remote or distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in-house at a cybersecurity company (5 years preferred but not required).
  • Experience with paid social and display advertising.
  • Familiarity with full-funnel campaign design and the buyer's journey.
  • Landing page portfolio or examples of past work (if available and not proprietary) are welcomed.
