Job Description

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in data management, Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field

Preferred Certification:
PMP or similar program management certification is a plus

Client is seeking an experienced Associate Data Program Manager to join our team and oversee the coordination and management of our enterprise data program. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a background in program/project management. The Program Coordinator will play acritical role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing management of our enterprise data initiatives, facilitating collaboration among team members, and maintaining program timelines and deliverables

Job responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and ongoing management of the enterprise data program
Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, including tasks, milestones, and deadlines
Monitor program progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program requirements are met
Collaborate with master data analysts and enterprise data stewards to develop and implement data management strategies
Manage and coordinate the activities of master data analysts
Oversee the maintenance and improvement of data infrastructure and tools
Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders
Prepare and distribute regular program status reports to senior management and stakeholders
Facilitate program meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items
Ensure program documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
Monitor processes to ensure program deliverables meet established standards
Conduct program reviews and identify areas for improvement
