Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist (Mid-Senior Level)
Location: Auburn, AL
Work Type: Onsite (100% in-office, 5 days/week)

Experience & Education:
- Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in Desktop Management / Infrastructure Services (IS)
- Education: Bachelor s degree required

MANDATORY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Desktop Support:
- Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Perform device reimaging, application reinstallation, and configuration
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software
- OS & Software Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Android OS, MS Office
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, enterprise apps, and network issues
- Experience with VOIP phones, basic LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi configuration
- Tools & Systems:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or other ITSM tools
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Networking, Firewalls
- Support for Office 365 and related applications
- Peripheral & Printer Support:
- Printer setup, driver installation, network configuration, vendor coordination
- Manage hardware vendor escalations for warranty repair/replacement
- Service Delivery & Documentation:
- Manage ticket queues, ensure resolution within SLA
- Respond to users, provide timely updates on ticket status
- Create standard configuration docs, SOPs, and KB articles
- Coordinate with Level 3 support, project teams, and vendors
- Event & Emergency Support:
- Support on-site/off-site events (IT/AV setup, coordination, live support)
- Provide IT support during emergencies or disaster recovery scenarios
- People & Process Skills:
- Experience working in ITIL-driven environments
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
