Job Description:
Leads ServiceNow across modules like HRSD, and ITOM, ITAM. Coordinates platform transitions, automations, stakeholder alignment, and metrics reporting.

Tools: HRSD,ITOM, Field Service, Flow Designer, EC Pro

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and optimize catalog items, forms, and access roles.
  2. Partner with HR, Facilities, and IT on cross-functional workflows.
  3. Identify automation gaps and streamline servicedelivery.
  4. Track module usage, ticket SLAs, and workflow effectiveness.
  5. Ensure platform readiness for audits and stakeholder updates.
  6. Liaise with vendors for support and roadmap planning.

Qualifications:

  1. administering the ServiceNowplatform across ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery.
  2. Deep knowledge of ServiceNowFlow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  3. Proficient in creating and managing catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  4. Experience integrating ServiceNowwith third-party systems (e.g., identity platforms, facilities systems).
  5. Skilled in metrics setup: ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  6. Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNowinstance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  7. Proven track record in preparing for audits, managing compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.
