Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce CG Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the consumer goods industry and experience in deploying Salesforce tools to enhance retail execution, trade promotion, and field sales operations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce CG Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the consumer goods industry and experience in deploying Salesforce tools to enhance retail execution, trade promotion, and field sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Design and implement Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
- -Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- -Configure and customize CG Cloud features such as visit planning, retail execution, and trade promotion management.
- -Provide training and support to field teams and business users.
- -Ensure data integrity, system performance, and user adoption across the platform.
Requirements:
- -3+ years of experience with Salesforce, including at least 1 year with Consumer Goods Cloud.
- -Strong understanding of FMCG/CPG industry processes and challenges.
- -Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning is a plus.
- -Proficiency in configuration, workflows, and custom objects within Salesforce.
- -Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant) preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience with mobile solutions for field reps and retail execution.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau CRM or Salesforce Reports & Dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify Yaskawa robot programs based on project specs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot robotic issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production for system integration.
Perform system testing and validation.
Provide technical support and training to team members.
