Job Overview
Build, develop & maintain client relationships with a key Fortune 50 Telecom client
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts on the lines of analytics solutions in predictive analytics, artificial intelligence & machine learning
Completely control key metrics like revenue, profitability for the account and be clear on reasons for deviations
Understand, prioritize and communicate client requirements to the team.

Support effort estimation of the development team and resolve conflicts regarding features and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of deliverables and alignment of deliverables as per client requirements.
Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the product team to help drive product development.
Helping client organizations achieve better ROI, efficiencies by proposing methods and ideas or usage of Fractal IP and accelerators
Preparing and answering RFPs, RFIs and RFQs, and drive any rate specific negotiations
Manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensure that the teams follow operational discipline
Delighting clients with customer experience & pleasant journey through the project
