Job Summary :

• We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Consultant with 12 to 16 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FICO.
• The candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing financial solutions, contributing to the companys success and societal impact.
• Experience: 12 - 16 years

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions to enhance financial processes and reporting.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients in the adoption of SAP financial solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges, leveraging SAP technology to drive innovation.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful completion within scope and budget.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in financial management and reporting.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and success.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications:

• Possess extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FICO, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial processes.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Show proficiency in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with SAP technologies and industry developments.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
