Job Description:
We are looking for a System Engineer to apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support and Retirement. You will interact with the Government regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. You will Communicate with other program personnel, government, overseers, and senior executives. You will be Responsible for the technical integrity, quality and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with assigned projects.
You will also perform system engineering activities and assist in the preparation of multiple Customer suite of systems products in Project and/or several technical process areas. You will independently analyze and recommend alternatives for elements of Customer suite of systems technical software design. You will research wireless communication capabilities to support evolving operational use cases. You will also apply systems engineering principles to solve unique cross domain technical and logistical challenges.
The Level 4 Systems Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:

The Level 4 Systems Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:
- Shall design and implement hardware andsoftware solutions, including documentation, testingand modification, document designs, includingschematics, mechanical drawings, cable assemblies,parts lists, etc., and test and evaluate hardware andsoftware designs to ensure proper operation.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
OR - A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general systems engineering experience(any process area).
OR - A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline
from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
OR - A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an
accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience. - RF Engineering:
- A minimum of three (3) years systemsengineering experience with SIGINT systems.
- Within the last five (5) years:
- A minimum of three (3) years ofexperience in SystemsEngineering.
- A BS degree in engineering,telecommunications, or related technical fieldmay be substituted for experience in onespecialization.
- A minimum of three (3) yearsdevelopment and integration experience inSIGINT systems.
- A minimum of three (3) years IntegratedCircuit Board design and developmentexperience
- A minimum of two (2) years of experiencewith the functionality and inter-processing ofpacket- and circuit-based HW & SW solutions.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience inperforming and providing technical direction for thedevelopment, engineering, interfacing, integration,and testing of complex hardware/software systems.
- This experience should also include definition ofrequirements and allocation of functions,conduction of systems requirements reviews,development of Concept of Operations (CONOPs)and interfacing standards, definition of architecture,technical/non-technical assessments, and end-to-endflow analysis.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experiencesolving varied technical/scientific problems; andgenerating and reviewing designs for technicalaccuracy, completeness and appropriateness in lightof objectives, budget, and schedule
