Job Details

Job Title: Manual Tester

Location: Remote (U.S. candidates from TX, NC, ND, SD, or GA are preferred)

Employment Type: W2 Avila IT

Pay Rate: $12 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a Manual Tester to support a long-term project. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and document software issues accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing on assigned products and features.

  • Identify, log, and track defects using internal tools.

  • Create clear and detailed test reports.

  • Collaborate effectively with the QA and development teams.

  • Follow defined testing processes and meet daily testing goals.

Requirements

  • Good English reading and writing skills.

  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI-based tools.

  • Experience in bug reporting or QA documentation.

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time remotely.

  • Previous testing experience is a plus but not required.
