IT Project Manager

Position:   IT Project Manager
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Currently Remote but can change to hybrid)

Required / Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management across projects of various sizes and subject areas
Strong experience in integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices

Description of Duties / Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate internal and external resources across multiple IT projects
Develop, maintain, and manage project plans and related artifacts using PTC or other established project management standards, templates, and methodologies
Collaborate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope
Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure
Monitor project progress, risks, issues, schedules, and budgets, and take corrective action as needed
Conduct lessons learned sessions during and after project completion to identify improvement opportunities
Build and maintain effective working relationships with technology teams, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with the PTC PMO Playbook and all referenced standards and artifacts

Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with ServiceNow (Idea, Project, and Demand modules)
Experience managing Enterprise Business Solutions, particularly SAP-related projects
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
