Description Hardware Technologies organization is looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to drive novel technology development into future Photonics IC platforms. In this critical role, the candidate will lead programs involving architecture definition, design, prototyping, integration, and validation of ground breaking technologies for Photonics IC and Laser integration. You will partner with engineers and managers from multi-functional teams to define, schedule, track, and help lead the work for these groundbreaking technologies. The Hardware Technologies team features a collaborative environment with creative, smart people and where engineering perfection is expected and encouraged. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Responsibilities
- Partner with multi-functional teams including Software/Firmware and Hardware Engineering to deliver pioneering technologies.
- Define the program plan/schedule and manage program execution.
- Deliver communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process.
- Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication.
- Optimally and consistently communicate overall program status.
- Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently.
- Improve the system: Look for patterns, offer best practices and implement change.
- Limited domestic or international travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering + 3 years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years Photonics Engineering experience.
- 1+ year Program Management experience.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail..
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience and is data driven
- Self-motivated and hard-working with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
