Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Incident Response Specialist to join our dynamic security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to security incidents, conducting investigations, and implementing measures to prevent future incidents. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security threats to protect our company's assets and customer data. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents to identify potential threats. Respond to security incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause of security incidents. Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures. Collaborate with other teams to improve overall security posture. Provide recommendations for security improvements based on incident findings. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies. Participate in security audits and assessments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in incident response, cybersecurity, or a related role. Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
