We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years of dedicated Financial Services Cloud experience.

The role involves designing end-to-end Salesforce FSC architectures for financial services organizations, leading development teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You will be responsible for architecting solutions that leverage FSC capabilities such as Households, Relationship Groups, Financial Accounts, and Life Events while ensuring compliance with financial services regulations (KYC, AML, GDPR, FINRA).

Key Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) including FSC data model, objects, and industry-specific features
  • Solid proficiency in Salesforce core platform capabilities and architecture patterns
  • Advanced data modeling skills including object relationships, data governance, and scalability considerations
  • Expert-level Apex programming including triggers, batch processes, asynchronous processing, and governor limit optimization
  • Proficiency in Lightning framework (Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Lightning App Builder)
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Financial Services Cloud Consultant) are a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Design comprehensive end-to-end Salesforce FSC architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements
  • Lead and mentor development teams through implementation cycles, providing technical guidance and code reviews
  • Ensure all customizations and development follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
  • Manage system integrations with external platforms, core banking systems, and third-party data sources
  • Implement security frameworks, access controls, and ensure compliance with financial services regulations
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for system optimization and performance improvements
