Pay Range:$73000-$83000/Yrs

Description:
* Ensure microbiological quality and safety of products during manufacturing.
* Perform advanced microbiological testing and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Work independently, demonstrating technical competence and accountability.
* Collaborate with various departments to maintain product quality and safety.
* Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform microbiological testing and analysis of materials and products.
* Develop and implement testing methods to meet quality standards.
* Interpret results and troubleshoot microbial contamination issues.
* Maintain laboratory readiness and manage supplies and equipment.
* Collaborate with departments to ensure microbiological standards are met.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Microbiology or Biology.
* 4-7 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory in relevant industries.
* Strong understanding of microbiological testing methods and regulatory requirements.
* Experience with environmental monitoring in sterile environments is preferred.
* Proficient in Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality Management Systems.
