Excellent opportunity for an Enterprise Architect: ; Self represented
Location: Lansing, Michigan
Contract: 6+ months
REQUIREMENT: Familiarity with Medicaid IT Architecture (MITA) and CMS standards.
Job Summary:
Oversees the enterprise application architecture strategies with focus on Medicaid Information
Technology Architecture framework and deep understanding of HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and state-specific Medicaid rules.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid architectures.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid-specific data retention and security standards.
- Integrate cloud services with on-prem systems and support disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with Medicaid IT Architecture (MITA) and CMS standards.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data governance.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to lead across business, data, application, and technology domains.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid systems is must
- Well versed with CMS guidelines
- Must be an excellent written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced knowledge of information technology concepts, practices, and procedures, including software design patterns, application frameworks, data access architectures, application design, scripting and batch processing, and n-tier architecture
- Previous experience with large scale application systems
- Advanced knowledge of current and upcoming technologies
- Ability to solve complex technical problems using independent judgement.
