Job Title: RIM (Records and Information Management) System Analyst and Developer

Job Description:
A public agency is seeking a RIM System Analyst and Developer to support and enhance its records and information management (RIM) systems. This role involves development, system support, data migration, and integration of modern document management solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with internal IT teams and external contractors to maintain and improve RIM systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and debug code to support a records and information management system.
Provide ongoing application, infrastructure, and technical support to ensure continuous system availability and performance.
Support operational RIM activities, including equipment operation, document scanning, classification, and review.
Coordinate with internal and external IT teams for the implementation of RIM requirements.
Plan and execute migration of documents and records from legacy systems to modern electronic document management solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years working with enterprise-level RIM systems, including design, implementation, and management.
3+ years experience with DB2 databases.
3+ years of hands-on .NET development experience.
Experience with IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager.
Proficiency in Kofax (version 11 or higher) for system support and development.
Strong skills in developing, testing, and debugging code specific to records and document management.
Experience analyzing data to optimize and improve RIM processes.
Proven ability to support scanning operations, document classification, and other records lifecycle activities.
Experience planning and overseeing system upgrades, patches, and testing environments.
Experience supporting Kofax and content management solutions within a public safety or state agency environment is highly preferred.
