Job Details



We are seeking a highly skilled MarTech Data Engineering Consultant with deep expertise in sales and marketing data platforms and a strong understanding of the Wealth Management or Asset Management domain. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable data solutions that support marketing analytics, campaign performance, and customer insights across cloud-based environments.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes for marketing and sales data sources such as Salesforce, Marketo, and other MarTech platforms.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

  • Integrate and model data from various sources to support reporting, segmentation, and personalization initiatives.

  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

  • Leverage Azure cloud services and Snowflake to build scalable and secure data solutions.

  • Translate business structures in Wealth Management / Asset Management / Private Wealth into data models that reflect organizational hierarchies and relationships.

  • Optimize SQL queries and data workflows for performance and scalability.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a focus on MarTech and SalesTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent).

  • Proven experience in the Wealth Management or Asset Management domain, with a clear understanding of how financial advisory offices are structured and how they roll up to parent organizations.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing, transformation, and analytics.

  • Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration best practices.

  • Familiarity with marketing KPIs, campaign tracking, and customer journey analytics.
