Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in guiding product development, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving research initiatives. Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the product engineering team to align on technical requirements and development processes.
Define program scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Assist in designing and creating surveys to gather valuable customer and stakeholder insights.
Utilize Microsoft Suite tools to manage documentation, reporting, and communication effectively.
Establish and manage research elements to support informed decision-making.
Oversee product and/or project management activities, leveraging 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Lead Agile Scrum practices, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Monitor and address bug tracking, ensuring timely resolution and product quality.
Drive cloud technology adoption and implementation within product development.
Coordinate AB testing processes to optimize product performance and user experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in product or project management, with 5-10 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in Android development and familiarity with AI technologies.
Strong knowledge of Atlassian Jira and bug tracking systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and Agile Scrum methodologies.
Ability to conduct AB testing and analyze results effectively.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Skilled in backlog grooming and prioritization techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools for documentation and reporting.
