Description

Role is on site in our Chicago office location.

This role will provide support for all areas of DPC (Document Processing Center) including but not limited to the Copy Center, Office Services and Shipping Services.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Monitor all incoming jobs in DPC produce and completed to the customer.
  • Operate high-capacity digital printers, wide-format printers, and various equipment in an in-plant Copy Center.
  • Provide backup and support to the bindery area, set up and run various pieces of bindery equipment.
  • Assist in garment decorating, primarily screen print, embroidery, heat applied graphics, and engraving.
  • Keep track on all projects and prepare data to be used in monthly reports.
  • Act as back up shipping area as required.
  • Accept incoming jobs for department, route jobs to appropriate service area and act as first in line of contact for department.
  • Route ongoing jobs to the customers and follow up on all questions or complaints.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Software Skills and Requirements:

  • MS Office
  • Free Flow Web 7
  • Fiery System
  • Q-Trak
  • General design programs
  • Extensive experience required using MS Office products along with the ability to learn and teach other programs such as Q-Trak.
  • Previous reporting experience required.
  • Must have strong customer service skills and experience required.
  • Must have the ability to self-manage when necessary.
Nice to have:

  • Fulfill investor packets per CME Group policy.
  • Maintain various inventories, subscription lists and monitor postage due and business reply to accounts with the USPS.
  • Track all outgoing shipments to determine vendor compliance with terms of shipment.
  • Provide proof of delivery to sender
