Product Marketing Manager Remote

Full-time, United States

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager focused on MarTech platforms to support the execution and optimization of our product solutions and services. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in product marketing and marketing operations who is ready to deepen their expertise in managing platforms like dynamic translation tools, ad servers, messaging platforms, and content management systems (CMS). This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless marketing operations, enhancing travelers' experiences, and alignment across cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Regional stakeholders.

This role requires a technical understanding of marketing platforms and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to grow, and comfortable working across both technical and creative teams to support product solutions and optimize platform adoption and performance.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will
  • Support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of MarTech platforms, including dynamic translation tools, ad servers, messaging platforms, and CMS platforms
  • Launch and manage campaigns using automation and personalization tools
  • Assist in setting up and testing email, push messages, in-app and display advertising campaigns within relevant platforms
  • Coordinate translation workflows using AI-assisted tools and TMS platforms
  • Monitor basic campaign performance and platform usage metrics
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Regional teams to support campaign needs and platform-related enhancements


About you
  • Prior experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles
  • You have a working knowledge of MarTech tools, such as dynamic translation tools, CMS platforms, messaging systems, and ad servers
  • Basic understanding of campaign management and performance tracking
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a global product marketing environment
  • Experience supporting CMS and/or translation management tools
