Security Engineer

We are seeking a Security Engineer for a client in San Antonio.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience developing tools/apps for Log aggregation and sending out to correct response teams.

Event logging experience.

Must have led parts of implementation for 1 or 2 large sized projects in the log management or cyber security engineer area.

Experience creating unit tests.

3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment with JIRA.

2+ years of experience building applications to detect and respond to cyber security incidents.

2+ years of experience developing software in CI/CD environment.

Development in Python along with PowerShell and Terraform

SIEM framework experience

ELK and Logstash experience.

Kibana for log data visualization
