IT Technical Support Specialist / Technical Support Engineer -65141

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of IT Technical Support Specialist / Technical Support Engineer to work in Wichita, KS

Requirements

  • Provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to respond and resolve service requests efficiently
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, and operating systems
  • Set up and manage user accounts in Active Directory with strict cybersecurity protocols
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware failures in servers, workstations, laptops, and peripherals
  • Perform imaging and deployment of new computers and systems to end users
  • Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity, resolve performance issues, and configure routers/switches
  • Support enterprise tools such as SAP, Exchange, SharePoint, and Catia
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve escalated technical issues
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and support user onboarding and training

Qualification

  • 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally in aerospace or a similar industry
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, computer imaging, and ticketing systems
  • Solid knowledge of networking, security protocols, and hardware diagnostics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (Android/iOS) and enterprise applications
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Master certification preferred
