About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of our OTM solutions. This role involves deep collaboration with stakeholders to understand transportation needs, architecting robust OTM configurations, and ensuring seamless integration with various internal and external systems. You will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain visibility, efficiency, and freight management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering and analysis by collaborating with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their transportation needs and business processes.
  • Drive solution design by expertly designing and configuring OTM modules to meet specific business requirements, encompassing Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments.
  • Oversee implementation and configuration of OTM, including data mapping, integration with other systems, and comprehensive system testing.
  • Provide high-level technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex technical and functional issues related to OTM.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for users and stakeholders on OTM functionalities and best practices.
  • Align with external IT partners such as Geodis, FourKites, Inspirage, SAP ECC, P44, and Carrier IT teams to ensure seamless integration between multiple systems.

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including its modules, configurations, and integration capabilities.
  • Expertise in Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility and Event Management, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments.
  • Proficiency in Workbench Designing, Report Development, and Process Automations within OTM.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies for OTM customization and integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to align and integrate with external IT partners like Geodis, FourKites, Inspirage, SAP ECC, P44, and Carrier IT teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems integration.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
