Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Onsite Nizampeta, Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with 1 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for US clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles with our clients in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals.

  • Screen and qualify candidates based on job requirements (technical skills, experience, communication).

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.

  • Negotiate salary rates, benefits, and terms with candidates.

  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

  • Work in night shifts (US EST shift timings).
