Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to deliver quality work against planned timeframes for performance.
- Developing and supporting IAM solutions
- Responding to L1 and L2 support tickets
- Managing user identities and access rights
- Meet SLA s
- Flexible to work shift hours 16x7 coverage (weekends, day and evening)
- Delivering reports, metrics, KPIs in a timely manner
- A quick learner and adaptable to changing environments.
- Build strong professional working relationships with client personnel.
- Deliver timely and high-quality work diligently.
Qualifications:
- Looking for 4+ years of experience in OKTA and at least one or two below tools experience
- 3-5 years in IAM domain experience.
- Understand IAM solution design and configuration.
- Must have proficiency in at-least two IAM products (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Azure, Active Directory, and desired proficiency in Venafi, RSA secure ID etc.).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent industry experience.
