Techno-Functional Consultant (Infor LN 10.4) Long Term Contract (W2) US-Based Remote

Our client is seeking a skilled Infor LN 10.4 Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance their ERP system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Infor LN tools, Infor XI, and customization techniques, along with a strong ability to resolve technical issues, manage service requests, and optimize business processes. This role requires close collaboration with customer process consultants and subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve end-user issues, ensuring minimal disruption to Infor LN 10.4 operations.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
  • Manage support tickets and product service requests, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Execute configuration updates and customizations using Exit DLLs, AFS, Wrappers, and DAL2.
  • Collaborate with process consultants and SMEs to understand business requirements and improve processes.
  • Recommend solutions to enhance system performance and align with business needs.
  • Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and maintain high-quality deliverables.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Extensive expertise in Infor LN 10.4, including proficiency with ERP LN tools and Infor XI (Infor OS).
  • Proven experience in handling customizations using Exit DLLs, Application Function Server (AFS), Wrappers, and Data Access Layer 2 (DAL2).
  • Strong skills in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and recommending solutions for complex technical challenges.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering practices (e.g., SDLC, agile methodologies) and business processes (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, finance).
  • Ability to manage support tickets and service requests efficiently using ticketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Infor LN application development, support, and implementation.
  • Working knowledge of Infor ION Platform and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Infor BI, is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with customers in a client-facing role.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving process improvements.
