Role Description:

As a ReactJS lead for a headless e-commerce platform, the selected candidate will:

Architecture & Design

• Lead architectural decisions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
• Architect the overall system, integrating front-end, back-end, and APIs.

Front-End Development

• Drive the development of responsive and dynamic front-end components using Next.js.
• Ensure seamless integration with back-end APIs to deliver a consistent user experience.

Technical Leadership

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote modern development practices.

Quality Assurance

• Develop and implement automated testing strategies.
• Rigorously test new features and system integrations for stability and reliability.

Performance Optimization

• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.

Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design choices, and technical implementations.

Essential Skills:

• Deep expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Proven Technical Leadership and prior experience in a Lead role.
• Strong command of Redux or other state management tools.
• Proficient in ReactJS, GraphQL, and server-side rendering.
• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and web application development.
• Knowledge of web security, session management, and development best practices.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js.
• Expertise in headless architecture and API-first development approaches.
