Role Description:
As a ReactJS lead for a headless e-commerce platform, the selected candidate will:
Architecture & Design
- Lead architectural decisions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Architect the overall system, integrating front-end, back-end, and APIs.
Front-End Development
- Drive the development of responsive and dynamic front-end components using Next.js.
- Ensure seamless integration with back-end APIs to deliver a consistent user experience.
Technical Leadership
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote modern development practices.
Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies.
- Rigorously test new features and system integrations for stability and reliability.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.
Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design choices, and technical implementations.
Essential Skills:
- Deep expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Proven Technical Leadership and prior experience in a Lead role.
- Strong command of Redux or other state management tools.
- Proficient in ReactJS, GraphQL, and server-side rendering.
- Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and web application development.
- Knowledge of web security, session management, and development best practices.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js.
- Expertise in headless architecture and API-first development approaches.
