Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MicroStrategy reporting, dashboards, and semantic modeling, and work closely with business and data teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and documents

  • Build and maintain schemas, attributes, facts, metrics, and hierarchies

  • Optimize SQL queries and performance for large datasets

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

  • Perform troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best BI practices

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience with MicroStrategy development

  • Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy Architect, Web, and Developer

  • Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases

  • Experience with performance tuning and report optimization

  • Good communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ETL tools / data warehousing

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

  • MicroStrategy certification
