RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, one of the world's largest financial institutions is seeking to hire a team of 8 Salesforce Developers in Columbus, OH, Chicago (IL), and Plano (TX).
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field of study
* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience
* 3-5 years of experience in the position offered or three 3-5 years of experience as an Application Developer, Software Engineer, or related occupation is desired
* Experience in Salesforce including Lightning Components, Apex, Configuration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Agile Concepts, Marketo, Automation Testing; JavaScript Develop in Lightning components; Java; Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes
* In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
* Familiarity with multi org connector and Marketing Cloud API; Experience is a plus
* Advanced in one or more programming language: Lightning, Java
* Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
* Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
* Experience in Enterprise scale application development on AWS is a plus
* Experience creating and improving Marketing Cloud data model and architecture Master with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud is a plus
* Deeper module, etc., is desired: Salesforce Email Studio, Audience Builder, Contact Builder, Content Builder Data
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
