Job Title: MarTech Architect
Location: Dallas, TX or Basking Ridge, NJ
Duration: Long-term
Hybrid role 3 days onsite
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MarTech Developer/Architect with a strong focus on customer data, omni-channel personalization, and media marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative marketing technology solutions that leverage data-driven insights to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Must Have
Architect level hand on expertise of Tealium iQ, EventStream, and AudienceStream integrations.
Ability to lead architecture and LLD discussions across CDP, identity, and real-time data flows.
Hands-on experience designing distributed systems across AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
Telecom domain experience to help define BAU/derived attributes and eligibility logic.
Experience setting up observability frameworks (logs, metrics, data quality, pipeline health).
Strong ability to work with large attribute sets from many source systems and prioritize them for phased integrations.
Strong experience with BigQuery for data modeling, performance tuning, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake as a Prospect Data Store or similar cloud data warehouse.
Strong understanding of identity stitching and integrating 1P data with Acxiom attributes.
Experience designing and supporting real-time pipelines (Tealium ESB/EDP CDP PDS).
Ability to design and support Profile API based personalization and event-driven activation.
Strong SQL skills and ability to build data contracts, lineage, and architectural documentation.
Good to Have
Ability to propose and apply custom data cleansing and validation strategies.
Experience with feed suppression logic and automating daily/weekly/monthly feed generation for downstream systems.
Familiarity with Pega NBA/NBO or other decisioning frameworks.
Experience integrating and operationalizing Predict/ML scoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & Targeting Architecture:
- Design and implement a robust media marketing architecture for new and existing customers, encompassing targeting & retargeting strategies across various channels (e.g., social media, search, display, video).
- Lead Media Activation integration to enable digital marketing through social media and advertising platforms.
- Real-time Personalization:
- Design and implement real-time personalization strategies for existing and new customers across various channels (e.g., online and offline channels).
- Integrate real-time data streams (e.g., website behavior, location data, purchase history) to deliver personalized experiences.
- Design and integrate rules-based and machine learning-based personalization models.
- Customer Data Platform (CDP) Development:
- Data Ingestion & Orchestration:
- Develop and manage data pipelines for ingesting and enriching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across all stakeholders.
- Technology Expertise:
- Deep understanding of MarTech stack, including Tealium, Google Cloud Platform, Kafka, Pega, and Adobe Target.
- Expertise in CDPs (e.g., Tealium CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP).
