Job Title: Financial Module Support Specialist

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Module Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical, analytical, and operational support for the BRAC Financial Management (FM) system.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system functionality, improving capabilities, and resolving user-reported issues to ensure optimal performance of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational support for the BRAC FM system, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
- Analyze system performance and data workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
- Work closely with business users to understand financial reporting needs and ensure system alignment.
- Develop and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Crystal Reports.
- Coordinate with IT and finance teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and perform validation for financial transactions and reporting.
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation related to the system s operations and updates.
- Participate in user training and knowledge transfer to ensure efficient system use.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with financial management systems (e.g., BRAC FM or similar platforms).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including database querying and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS and Crystal Reports for financial report development and maintenance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in public sector or nonprofit financial systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial data structures.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
