Job Title: Art Director (Web Designer)
Duration: 7+ Months
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $85-95/hr on W2 (As per experience)

Job Description
Summary:
Multi faceted web designer, that puts user experience in the forefront of design. Someone to design beautiful solutions that are functional and scalable.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the visual identity and brand standards of Business Messaging across all channels, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that
  • effectively communicate the brand's message to the target audience.
  • Work closely with the web team to ensure that the website accurately reflects surface designs while telling the brand and product story.
  • Manage the creative production process, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Review and approve all creative work, ensuring that it meets the brand's standards and
  • guidelines.
  • Provide creative direction to external agencies and freelance designers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and design technologies to ensure that the brand's creative output is current and relevant. Be able to adapt to changes in direction and pivot as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative design with a focus on digital media.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, creative thinking, and experience
  • managing creative projects.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Knowledge of project management systems such as Asana, Trello or JIRA.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Positive, friendly attitude and easy to work with.

Typical Day-to-Day in the role
  • Build and maintain web pages using internal CMS tools.
  • Work with templates and drag-and-drop modules developed by engineers.
  • Modify or add styling with basic HTML/CSS edits as needed.
  • Participate in sprint planning, task alignment, and QA with the dev team.
  • Communicate clearly with marketing and engineering teams.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of pages that support product launches and marketing initiatives.
