Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the full development lifecycle of RPA and cognitive automation solutions, including design, code, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide full operations and maintenance (O&M) lifecycle support for deployed automations, including post-production support and change management.
  • Utilize modern development methodologies including Agile, DevOps, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop, modify, and operationalize software capabilities on both on-premise and cloud platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance code and tools that were developed by various teams.
  • Create all necessary documentation required by the BEP to successfully deploy and maintain RPA capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years of software development experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing automations using RPA platforms, specifically UiPath.
  • Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD principles and tools.
  • Proficiency with a scripting or programming language such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience developing cognitive automations involving AI, Machine Learning, or OCR.
  • UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.

Prior experience working in a U.S. Federal government environment.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Location: Onsite - Washington, DC
