Description

We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing SQL databases and related solutions to support key business operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality data solutions.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and functions to meet business requirements.
Build and manage ETL processes using SQL packages to ensure seamless data integration.
Create and maintain detailed reports to support business intelligence and decision-making processes.
Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and resource management.
Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and developers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure data integrity and security while adhering to company compliance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Conduct code reviews and actively participate in initiatives to improve development practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL Server development.
Proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
Strong skills in query optimization and database performance tuning.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Power BI or cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
