Job Description

• Define program objectives
• Develop and maintain a roadmap
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Engage with stakeholders
• Create and execute communication plans
• Align teams and resources
• Support change management initiatives
• Define, track and report on metrics including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Objectives and Key Results.
• Conduct portfolio reviews
• Develop and implement playbooks
• Provide knowledge transfer
• Organize daily activities to align with organizational goals
• Devise new programs to support organizational objectives
• Establish sustainable goals for the organization
• Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and plans
• Evaluate and assess program strengths and weaknesses
• Monitor projects and oversee project managers to ensure goals are met
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
