Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP BPC Administrator to join our Corporate Accounting team on a remote basis for 3-6 months. In this role, you will manage and support the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) system to ensure optimal performance and functionality for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system capabilities and reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the SAP BPC system to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to improve data integration and streamline reporting workflows.
Monitor system updates and implement enhancements to optimize system efficiency and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with SAP support as needed.
Ensure the system complies with financial reporting standards and internal control requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in SAP BPC functionalities and best practices.
Assist with the configuration of SAP BPC, including script logic and data manager packages, to meet business requirements.
Support the integration of SAP BPC with other SAP tools, such as SAP BW and SAP S/4HANA.
Develop advanced Excel tools, including VBA and Pivot Tables, to enhance reporting capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BPC administration or financial systems management.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes.
Proficiency in configuring SAP BPC, including script logic and data management.
Hands-on experience with SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, and system integrations.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and Pivot Tables.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address technical and functional challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
