Job Details
Role: BRM (Business Relationship Manager)
Location: Atlanta GA and Chespeake VA (Onsite)
Type: Full time
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Extensive experience (typically 10-15+ years) in account management, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the IT and business consulting sector.
Strong domain knowledge relevant to the client's industry (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive, Financial Services).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders at the C-level.
Business Growth & Account Mining: Proactively identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, drive account growth, and develop strategies to expand the service footprint within the client organization.
Needs Assessment & Solutions: Understand client goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions, collaborating with internal solution teams to develop innovative proposals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and align business objectives with client needs
