Financial Services is a plus, not required.

Actively reporting to FDO leadership on recruiting process, risks, and issues
Working with teams to problem solves recruitment risks and help ease recruitment pressure (i.e. propose new ways of working to streamline)
Work with recruitment team and local COO's to market for mobility
Help screen CV's Provide consolidated feedback to candidates.
Partnering with Talent Acquisition team, FDO and regional recruitment to accelerate recruitment and problem solve against any risks
You have: (must-have skills)

Motivated individual - self-starting, not just strategic but will get involved in problem solving and completing the analysis, increasing recruitment activity
Experienced skill set in Project Management, reporting, and influencing.

 

Experience recruiting for technical roles Technical Recruiting background is a MUST.
Experience streamlining the recruitment process i.e. proposing interview structures, questions, timelines, proposing interviewers etc
